Cast iron scraps which feed the feeding tank are processed automatically by the press.
The high pressure reached in the compression chamber makes it possible to create briquettes having a density close to the density of "bulk". In such way the press drastically reduces the volume of the machining scraps and creates briquettes that can be placed directly in smelting furnaces. This results in enormous economic benefits both for companies that sell metal scraps and for foundries that mechanically process the scraps internally.
Special pumps installed on the bottom of the feeding tank and into the block of the machine allows to the lubricating oil present in the scrap product.
